Current Conditions: Tropical Storm #9 (Invest 92) has been upgraded to a Category 1 hurricane named Isaias. The path of Hurricane Isaias has shifted farther out to sea decreasing the chances South Florida will be affected by hurricane force winds. Concerns for potential impacts from hurricane conditions, if the track were to shift closer to portions of southeast Florida, cannot be ruled out at this time but the risk remains low.
Tropical-force winds are expected for Saturday and Sunday with 4 to 7 inches of rain from Saturday morning through Monday.
Instructions: Operable discharge control structures should remain closed.
