Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary coursework or certification in office administration is a plus), along with one to two years of general office or administrative experience, preferably in a public-facing role. Proficiency with standard office equipment and software, along with a positive and professional demeanor, strong work ethic, initiative, and excellent communication skills are required. - Survey Technician
The Survey Technician is an intermediate-level position that requires experience in land surveying and mapping to support the District’s Right-of-Way program. Responsibilities include collecting survey data and ensuring the accuracy of measurements. The role involves operating surveying instruments, conducting field surveys, and compiling field notes and reports. Work is performed under the general supervision of a Licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper. This position encompasses both field and office tasks.
